The annual meeting was held Saturday, March 23rd. The day included a lunch with the active chapter. After viewing photos and hearing information from both the Corporation Board and active chapter, alumnus Frank Madden (’62) was impressed with the way the house is being maintained, particularly in the dining and kitchen areas and the chapter room.
The actives have also completed installing fire-resistant doors on all of the suites, as mandated by recent building codes. The Corp Board was also impressed by the passion the actives had for the 2013 THON.
One of the biggest discussion points of the meeting was replacement windows for the house. A representative from Lowe’s presented costs, and the Corp Board will be discussing the next steps.
Alumni Daniel Frechen and Mike Flinchbaugh were re-elected to the board, and all current officers kept their positions.
