• What’s one of your favorite memories from being an Alpha Zetan?
It’s cliché for a reason, but some of my favorite memories are on that front porch on a sunny day simply enjoying the company of my brothers and sisters. It really doesn’t get better than that.
• What advice would you give to future members about making the most of their time at AZ?
Take as many networking opportunities as you possibly can! The unique part of Alpha Zeta is not only the chance to call members of the agricultural community at Penn State family, but Alpha Zeta also provides the chance to make a real, tangible impact on your future.
• What’s an example of something you’ve done to improve or enhance Alpha Zeta?
Working with THON has been a huge dedication during my time at Alpha Zeta. As THON chair, I worked to restructure the way we fundraised as well as sought out the phenomenal opportunity to adopt a Four Diamond Family, which has been by far the most rewarding part of my time at Alpha Zeta.

• What’s one of your favorite memories from being an Alpha Zetan?
Definitely any time alumni (soon to be myself) come back to the house for events such as football games and just hearing the stories they have to tell from their AZ experiences.

Minor: Agricultural Communications
Future plans: To work in marketing communications in the agriculture industry.
• What’s one of your favorite memories from being an Alpha Zetan?
One of my favorite memories from my time in the house was the fellowship during Family Meals and Rush Events. It was always fun to talk to new people about AZ and enjoy time as a family.
• What advice would you give to future members about making the most of their time at AZ?
My advice would be to get involved in every Rush activity or Community Service project you can help with. Being a part of the activities and events that really push the house to grow and have a positive impact on agriculture and the community will make your time in the house more meaningful.
• What’s an example of something you’ve done to improve or enhance Alpha Zeta?
As an active member in clubs in the College of Ag, I was able to be a promoter of Alpha Zeta in different settings separate from house events. Talking with people in classes or after club meetings is sometimes an easier way to spark interest in potential new members.
