How did you make the decision to attend PSU and then join AZ?
I grew up having the Penn State pride, which partially came from the fact that my father and brother went here, but more so due to Penn State football. Coming into college, I wanted to become more involved, one to get to make connections and two, build my resume. I was initially opposed to Greek life but I gave AZ a chance since they were agriculturally based. Once meeting the brothers and seeing how laid back and down to earth they were, I knew I wanted to be a part of this brotherhood.
Alpha Zetans Gather For Reunion
The 2016 Alpha Zeta reunion was held Nov. 12 at Yoder’s Restaurant in New Holland, Pa. Attendees included L-R front row: Bob Mutschler ’64, Don Seipt ’50, Vern Smith ’50, Fred Seipt ’56, Dave Morrison ’57, Jim Pierson ’48, and Dick Rein ’63.

Alpha Zetans Gather For Unforgettable Weekend In Happy Valley
About 70 alumni and friends as well as current students gathered for the Alpha Zeta tailgate held Oct. 22 prior to the Ohio State game. Phil Haussener ’12, took on the task of organizing the event. He combined it with a tailgate that he and several of his friends have been organizing for the past few years.
