Alpha Zeta Morrill Chapter held its annual meeting March 19th at the chapter house. Current Chancellor Dylan Beam gave an active chapter report, noting that plenty of house improvements were underway in preparation for the Centennial Celebration on April 23, 2016.
The Corporation Board also elected a new member. Mark Lowery was unanimously approved as the newest member, taking the spot of outgoing board member Michael Flinchbaugh, who had served Corp Board for 12 years. Lowery was also elected as secretary, which had been Flinchbaugh’s position.
Lowery graduated in 2009 with a degree in Agricultural and Extension Education. During his time at AZ, Mark served as chaplain, rush chair and chancellor. He now works at a marketing specialist with New Holland Agriculture and is based in Lancaster County. He is married to Kelly Lowery, who works as an education program associate for the Penn State Pesticide Education Program.
