Thanks to Frank Resides ’62 for answering our most recent question of the month! He recalled the funniest story from his time in the house. Check out what he said!
“We had a phone booth on the second floor and apparently there was some kind of altercation about getting in or out of it, because the door got broken. I was House Manager at the time and my primary contact on the Board was Harlod Haskins. Brother Haskins was a no nonsense kind of person, but a wonderful friend and mentor. Many of us thought we were in real trouble, however when I called Mr. Haskins and told him what happened, he was quite cordial, and said the door would be replaced, a great relief to us.”
