AZ Alum Remains Connected From Hawaii: Meet Dr. Richard Criley ’62

Over the years, Dr. Richard Criley ’62 has been a driving force of continuing communications with several of his Alpha Zeta brothers. Since his time in the house, Criley has compiled and sent an annual newsletter to the class of 1962. The mailing list has also grown to include a few other graduates from the 1961 and 1963 classes. Joseph D. “J.D.” Harrington was professor emeritus of agronomy and general manager of Ag Progress Days from July 1, 1957, until his retirement on Jan. 1, 1992. He passed away in 2008 at the age of 82. He also served as an AZ advisor for several years. Donations from alumni like you help us to complete specific items on our wish list this year. Our most pressing needs include:

• Completely replace the front walkway
• Repair the porch doors
• Continue alumni communications
• Host events more frequently
• Provide more opportunities to reconnect with the active chapter and other alumni
