Chapter Eternal: Foster Billheimer ’59

We are saddened to share that Brother Foster E. Billheimer ’59, 87, of Locust Grove, VA passed away on November 20, 2023.

He was an educator, both professionally and personally, a good storyteller, and was devoted to his wife and his family.
